I Love & use W.G.O. for so many years!!! It's a staple in my healthy hair journey!!! I use it when my hair is cornrowed, especially during the winter months. The oil keeps my scalp & hair very moisturized and eliminates any dryness!!! Helps with my edges to not thin out while wearing wigs too! Hi, My name is Chanelle. I was calling because I really just wanted to give a lot of thanks to the company who invented this product here. I have the Wild Growth Hair Oil. I have been using this since I had moved to Bemidji MN which is a new city and state for me. Compared to the state of Illinois, Bemidji MN weather is very damaging to the hair and skin. Especially for us African American individuals and also due to the fact that it takes some getting used to or getting accustomed to the climate. My hair is all natural and it fell out when I got here, with no chemicals or other products in my hair. I came across Wild Growth Hair Oil at the Sally Beauty Supply here in Bemidji, MN, and I have been using it. I had a bald spot... at the top of my head and, surprisingly, within like a week, I had as much hair as my eyebrows. My hair now is full and healthy and have begun putting it on my children's hair. Just wanted to say that I really love this product. It is actually great. This is just a great product.

Hi, I would like to say that Wild Growth Hair Oil is the best hair oil on the market. I live in Tampa, FL and the weather here is very humid at times…especially in the summer. I have been using WG for 23 years. I was first introduced to it by a neighbor who has 2 interracial daughters. It was very abundant, at first, then I had to start looking for it at almost every beauty supply store in the Tampa Bay area until I could find it. Now, it is the mainstay of my hair care regime. I am transitioning to natural and have not relaxed my hair since February 23, 2011, and with WG I have been able to manage the 2 hair textures just fine. Wild Growth is so versatile, it can be used on wet hair, dry hair, and everything in between. When I regularly relaxed my hair, I would use it as a heat protectant while flat ironing or hot curling my hair. Now I use it when I braid my hair and I will be using it when I fully transition to natural for twist outs and braid outs.

Thanks Wild Growth for being the best hair oil on the market today!!!!

Please don’t ever change the formula, I’m afraid that it would not be the same as the original.

Hi! It's me again updating you. I learned that if it happens to be a very hot day and you sweat a lot that if you use the oil with a little heat, it will straighten the hair right out. It will give a very nice shine and the hair looks darker. It's softer and easy to handle. If the hair happens to be kind of hard after a harsh shampoo, the oil will make it soft and easy to handle. When you use a little heat after air drying it, it will be less frizzy and just plain beautiful.
I have noticed a much better grade of hair due to the easy handling and no dryness. Because of no more brittleness, my hair is growing in it's best condition yet. It only takes a little oil and a little heat for the straight look or just put the oil in lightly for the natural look for a shine and softness that's wonderful.
I'm crazy about this oil. I have been using it for a while now (many, many months). I have noticed thickness and great length. If used as a leave-in conditioner after shampooing, Your hair feels wonderful. I never drench my hair with oil, just put in a small amount all over and I feel the difference. A must have for my hair.

I wrote in on October 9, 2004 telling about the length; today is November 26, 2004 and my hair is PAST my neckline. For those of you who feel discouraged, don't stop using the oil. Longer, softer, more manageable hair is a reality for me with WGHO. For the past two weeks, I wore plaits underneath a wig to protect it from the cold harsh elements of winter. So today I decided to flat iron it and OH MY GOODNESS. I treat my hair differently now, I don't TUG on it when I style it; no need cause it's totally manageable. You may not personally like to take multivitamins and supplements on a daily basis as I do and you should be able to get the same results from regular and proper use of this oil, but I work around kids all day and one of them always has a runny nose; so I do vitamins for my health. The WGHO is most definitely my main and only way of moisturizing, styling, growing and what have you. This oil does work; sorry I don't have any pictures.

It is brilliant! It is what you promised and more! I am currently wearing afro/twist styles, and before I got this product, my hair was always dry and brittle from the extremes of weather here in britain. After getting and using your product, not anymore! My hair is soft, pliable, and since putting it in, has been moist for two days now without reapplying! My partner loves it, and he cannot believe that it has done so much for my hair! I do not need any conditioners anymore, just a shampoo, and an occasional hot oil treatment, and I am SORTED!!!!!!
