The rule of using only initials: It is a general rule  of privacy that we adhere to unless the consumer specifies that it is OK. Some consumers allow people to contact them by email etc.. But we do not encourage it as there may be issues down the line. Most people who have volunteered a testimonial once did not necessarily agree to make their identify known so they could be contacted in perpetuity and at anytime to confirm that this testimonial was true.
